Basic Policy Regarding Antisocial Forces

Laser Digital Japan Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") hereby establishes the following basic policy regarding groups or individuals (so-called anti-social forces) that pursue economic gain through violence, intimidation, and fraudulent means. All officers and employees shall comply with this policy to ensure the appropriateness and safety of our business operations.

1.　Organisational response

The Company shall establish explicit grounds for action concerning anti-social forces within its Code of Conduct, internal regulations, etc., and shall respond as an entire organisation, including directors and other officers involved in management. Furthermore, the Company shall ensure the safety of officers and employees responding to anti-social forces.

2.　Collaboration with External Specialist Organisations

The Company shall endeavour to establish close cooperative relationships with external specialist organisations such as the police, the Violence Eradication Promotion Centre, and solicitors on an ongoing basis.

3.　Cutting Off All Relations, Including Transactions

The Company shall sever all relations with anti-social forces, including any transactional relationships.

Should it become apparent that an entity already engaged in transactions with the Company is an antisocial force, the Company shall promptly take appropriate measures to terminate such transactions.

4.　Civil and Criminal Legal Responses in Emergencies

The Company shall reject any unjust demands made by anti-social forces and, where necessary, take legal action on both civil and criminal fronts.

5.　Prohibition of Backroom Deals and Financial Support

The Company shall not engage in any form of backroom deals or funding provision with anti-social forces.
