Best Execution Policy
This Best Execution Policy sets out the principles and methods for executing client orders under the best possible trading conditions for clients, in accordance with Article 23, Paragraph 2, Item 2(a) of the Cabinet Office Ordinance concerning Crypto Asset Exchange Operators.
1. Covered Crypto assets
Crypto assets as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 14 of the Payment Services Act, which are handled by our company.
2. Method of Execution at Best Trading Conditions
The trading services provided by our company to customers shall be OTC trading only for all crypto assets.
OTC trading refers to over-the-counter transactions where the Company acts as the counterparty to the customer, executing the purchase or sale of crypto assets or its exchange for other crypto assets at the selling price or buying price quoted by the Company.
There are two types of orders: limit orders and market orders. The prices quoted by us are determined independently by us based on the prices and quantities we can procure or sell from other exchanges.
3. Reasons for Selecting This Method
The trading services provided by our company are exclusively OTC transactions. We believe that by continuously improving service quality, securing greater liquidity, and enhancing system robustness and cybersecurity measures, we can fulfil our best execution obligations from the perspectives of price fairness, transaction costs, execution speed, and execution feasibility, thereby providing customer-centric services.
4. Other
The best execution obligation requires consideration of various factors comprehensively, including not only the transaction price but also costs such as commissions, transaction speed, and execution feasibility. Therefore, focusing solely on one specific condition and finding another execution method superior does not, in itself, constitute a breach of the best execution obligation.
Furthermore, to prevent any undue detriment to client interests, we will manage transactions where there is a potential conflict of interest between our company or our group companies and our clients, in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and our conflict of interest management policy.
